Notes

Tips:
  • Start and end with strips of peanut butter to help keep your sandwich together.
  • Be gentle when putting the graham crackers together to ensure you don't break them.
  • Eat immediately for best results so that the graham crackers don't get soggy.
Storage & Freezing
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
  • If you need to keep them for longer, it's best to freeze them to prevent the graham crackers from getting too soggy. Simply individually wrapped each sandwich in cling wrap and place into freezer bags.
  • To defrost, place in the fridge overnight. Note, graham crackers will not be as crisp as when eaten fresh.
