Remove cocoa solids or don't add them if making it homemade.Note: if the cocoa is too difficult to remove, it's ok to leave. Just be aware it will be a little soggy at defrosting. Decide what size portions you will need when thawed, and cut it into that size.
Tear off a sheet of plastic wrap big enough to fully cover each portion.
Place one piece of tiramisu in the center of the sheet of plastic wrap and secure it around it.
Repeat wrapping for all slices
Tear off a sheet of aluminum foil big enough to fully cover each portion.
Place one piece of plastic wrapped tiramisu in the center of the aluminum foil and secure it around it.
Repeat wrapping for all slices.
Place the wrapped slices into a freezer bag or freezer safe container.
Secure the lid on the container. If using a bag, press any air out then zip it shut.
Mark the date on the bag or container and place it into the freezer.
