This method works for plain noodles or noodles with sauce (with or without meat)
Completely cool off your noodles before getting started.
Portion our the noodles to the amounts you will want to use when defrosted.
Transfer the each portion over to an airtight container or freezer bag.note: if using sauce, it can stain a container, just be aware. also, if using a container, try to size it so that there is only 1 - 2 inches between the spaghetti and the lid (to reduce airflow).
Zip your bag shut after squeezing all of the air out of the bag. Or, place the lid on top of the container.
Label your package with the date and toss it into the freezer.
Notes
Cool it down: make sure to totally cool the spaghetti off before getting started.Portion it out: decide what portion sizes you will need and then freeze in those portions. That way you can defrost just the amounts you need each time.Do it fresh: package and freeze it as soon as you can. This will help to seal it the maximum taste, texture and quality.
