Cranberry Pistachio Cheeseball
This cranberry parmesan pistachio cheese ball is a super easy four ingredient appetizer. Serve it for any occasion especially Thanksgiving, Christmas or fall.

- 8 oz Cream cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Pistachios unshelled
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- Pretzels optional for serving
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and parmesan with a spatula until smooth.
Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly, then roll it on a cutting board to form a ball.
Use your hands to shape it well. Unwrap when finished.
Press the pistachios and dried cranberries into the outside of the cheese ball until fully coated.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Tips and storage
- Store in the fridge, either wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container, for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze it for a few months if wrapped well.
- Serve with pretzels, Triscuits, or your favorite crackers.
