Cranberry Pistachio Cheeseball

This cranberry pistachio cheese ball makes an easy appetizer for fall, winter, or holiday gatherings. It has a creamy texture with a bit of crunch and works well with crackers, pretzels, or veggies for dipping.

You’ll only need four ingredients and about 10 minutes to put this together. Just mix, shape, and roll it in the cranberry and pistachio coating—no cooking needed.

Cheese balls like this one are quick to prepare and easy to adjust for different flavors or seasons.

It’s a great option as a fall party food, or for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cold-weather celebration.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese
  • Pistachios, unshelled
  • Dried cranberries
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Optional for serving: pretzels or crackers

Instructions

Follow these steps to make your cranberry parmesan cheese ball.

Step one: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and parmesan with a spatula until smooth.

Step two: Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly, then roll it on a cutting board to form a ball. Use your hands to shape it well. Unwrap when finished.

Step three: Press the pistachios and dried cranberries into the outside of the cheese ball until fully coated.

Step four: Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Hint: Serve with pretzels, Triscuits, or your favorite crackers.

Storage

Store in the fridge, either wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container, for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze it for a few months if wrapped well.
