Meatball Sliders

These easy meatball sliders are great for game day parties, week night snacks and more. They are full of classic italian flavor packed into an easy to hold sandwich.

Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Silicone Brush
  • Small Bowl

Ingredients

  • 12 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 Meatballs frozen, fully cooked
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheeses shredded
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ teaspoon Parsley flakes dried

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Place the rolls in a baking dish or on a tray. Cut a circular hole in the top of each roll and press the center down inside.
  • Melt the butter and brush it generously over the tops and insides of the rolls.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder over the buttered rolls. Add a pinch of mozzarella into each hole, then press in a meatball.
  • Spoon marinara over each meatball, then top everything with the remaining mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over the rolls.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Notes

Tips + storage
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 6 months.
  • These taste best served warm from the oven.
