Equipment

  • Witch Hat Molds you can purchase on Amazon or your store of choice
  • Cauldron Molds you can purchase on Amazon or your store of choice
  • Baking Pan
  • Bamboo Sticks
  • Cups

Ingredients

  • 6 Heirloom cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Green olives
  • 3 Black kalamata olives
  • 6 slices Peppered salami
  • 15 Fresh mozzarella pearls

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Add two mozzarella pearls into each witch hat mold and three into each cauldron mold.
  • Place the silicone mold on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and gently press down on the melted cheese with the back of a spoon. Drain any excess liquid, then chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • While the cheese cools, thread tomatoes, olives, and salami onto bamboo skewers and place them in the serving cups.
  • Add the molded cheese pieces to skewers and arrange them in the cups. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

Tips and storage
  • These charcuterie cups can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days, but they’re best when assembled the same day you plan to serve them.
  • Witch hat and cauldron molds can be found online or at party supply stores.
