Witch Charcuterie Cups

Hocus Pocus Charcuterie Cups are a fun way to serve savory snacks with a Halloween twist. These themed snack cups feature a mix of cherry tomatoes, olives, salami, and melted mozzarella shaped like witch hats and cauldrons for a festive touch.

They come together quickly with just a few ingredients and minimal prep. After about 20 minutes of assembly and a brief chill time, you’ll have a spooky, party-ready appetizer. Using Halloween molds adds a fun and festive touch with very little extra effort.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Green olives
  • Kalamata olives
  • Peppered salami (or any meat you prefer)
  • Mozzarella pearls

Instructions

Step one: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Add two mozzarella pearls into each witch hat mold and three into each cauldron mold. Place the silicone mold on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.

Step two: Remove from the oven and gently press down on the melted cheese with the back of a spoon. Drain any excess liquid, then chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Step three: While the cheese cools, thread tomatoes, olives, and salami onto bamboo skewers and place them in the serving cups.

Step four: Add the molded cheese pieces to skewers and arrange them in the cups. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Hint: Witch hat and cauldron molds can be found online or at party supply stores.

Storage

These charcuterie cups can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days, but they’re best when assembled the same day you plan to serve them.

  • 6 Heirloom cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Green olives
