Loaded Baked Potato Dip
This creamy and delicious loaded baked potato dip is a perfect appetizer or side dish for most any occassion. It is easy to make with just 4 ingredients.

- 12 oz Bacon uncooked
- 2 cup Sour cream
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ΒΌ cup Green onions sliced
- Potato chips to serve
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
Let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble or chop it.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions until fully combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
Before serving, garnish with extra cheese and green onions if you'd like.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezing is possible, but be aware the texture of the sour cream may change slightly once thawed.
