Loaded Baked Potato Dip

This creamy and delicious loaded baked potato dip is a perfect appetizer or side dish for most any occassion. It is easy to make with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bacon uncooked
  • 2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ΒΌ cup Green onions sliced
  • Potato chips to serve

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • Let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble or chop it.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions until fully combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
  • Before serving, garnish with extra cheese and green onions if you'd like.

Notes

Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezing is possible, but be aware the texture of the sour cream may change slightly once thawed.
