  • Bacon (uncooked)
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Potato chips, for serving

Instructions

Here’s how to make this easy and delicious dip.

Step one: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble or chop it.

Step two: In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions until fully combined.

Step three: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.

Step four: Before serving, garnish with extra cheese and green onions if you'd like.

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezing is possible, but be aware the texture of the sour cream may change slightly once thawed.
