Ingredients

  • 14 oz Cheese ravioli
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Olive oil spray
  • Marinara sauce if desired, for dipping

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  • Dip each ravioli into the beaten eggs, coating both sides, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat completely.
  • Arrange the coated ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each one. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry at 360°F for 3–4 minutes.
  • Flip the ravioli using tongs, spray lightly with olive oil spray, and air fry another 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Storage
Leftover ravioli can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–4 days. You can also freeze them either before or after air frying—they’ll keep for up to 6 months in an airtight container.In a shallow bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
