Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef browned
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 10 oz Canned rotel tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder
  • Lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, chips toppings to serve

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, add the cubed Velveeta cheese and can of Rotel tomatoes.
  • Heat over medium-low for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the cooked ground beef and chili powder until everything is well combined.
  • Continue heating for another 3–5 minutes until warmed through.
  • Enjoy right away with your favorite toppings—chips, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, jalapeños, and more.
