- 1 lb Ground beef browned
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 10 oz Canned rotel tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon Chili powder
- Lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, chips toppings to serve
In a large skillet, add the cubed Velveeta cheese and can of Rotel tomatoes.
Heat over medium-low for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the cooked ground beef and chili powder until everything is well combined.
Continue heating for another 3–5 minutes until warmed through.
Enjoy right away with your favorite toppings—chips, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, jalapeños, and more.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
