Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray 6–7 (4 oz) ramekins with non-stick spray and set aside.
  • If using fresh broccoli, rinse well and drain. Trim the stems and chop florets into one-inch pieces.
  • Place fresh or frozen broccoli in a large bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese to the bowl. Toss until the broccoli is coated.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins, filling just below the rim.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • Set the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.

Notes

Tips + Storage
  • Best served warm.
  • Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. While it can be frozen for up to a year, the ramekins take up quite a bit of freezer space.
