Ramekins
Baking Sheet
Large Bowl
- 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray 6–7 (4 oz) ramekins with non-stick spray and set aside.
If using fresh broccoli, rinse well and drain. Trim the stems and chop florets into one-inch pieces.
Place fresh or frozen broccoli in a large bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese to the bowl. Toss until the broccoli is coated.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins, filling just below the rim.
Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Set the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Tips + Storage
- Best served warm.
- Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. While it can be frozen for up to a year, the ramekins take up quite a bit of freezer space.
